How do I place an order?

You have a couple options for placing an order: send us an email or order through your free branded ePower storefront.

What is your standard turnaround time?

Turnaround times will vary depending on the product ordered but most simple jobs are completed within 2-3 business days.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept several payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Check, Cash, etc.

What file format is preferred when submitting an order?

In order to ensure your files are print-ready, we recommend that you upload them in PDF format. When you generate a print-ready PDF, your computer will use the settings in your PDF generating program. Please make sure that these are set properly before generating your PDF file.

We also accept .jpg (.jpeg), .eps, and .tif (.tiff) file types, however PDF is the preferred format.

Can I reorder a design I have previously ordered?

Yes, please make note of your previous order number to expedite your reordered product(s).

Do you accept special shipping requests?

Absolutely. We ship to all 50 states and internationally as well. Let us know how we can accommodate your needs.

How do I get my free branded storefront setup?

Give us a call and ask for Richelle. She’ll get you started setting up your storefront. As an example, here’s what your site could look like.
